Design of a pair of semi detached houses including 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms followed a study into the viability of refurbishing the existing bungalow. The ensuing design of the 3 storey property was designed to be contemporary but fit in with the local context. Stonework was sourced from a quarry in Cheshire.
