The project involved the refurbishment of two buildings and inclusion of new entrances and improved access to the upper floors. This building is positioned at a major access point to the University and so the lift structure provides an opportunity to publicise the presence of the University.

The scheme provided for enhanced teaching rooms for larger class sizes and better use of technology. The space between the buildings was landscaped to separate car parking from pedestrian use. A full site signage strategy was designed and implemented to improve orientation.
