Paddock Lane, Dunham - House

An existing detached house built originally in the 1930s has been extended and fully refurbished to bring it into the 21st century. The insulated render ensures the house achieves a low energy status. The design was created to be contextual in its approach and reflect the design of the pub/restaurant next door which is situated in the Conservation area.
